I will go for an Erasmus program for the next four months, so I’m freeing my kot for a period of 5 months, from the end of August to the end of January.
Located on the second and last floor of a residence of 20 students, my 19m² room, fully furnished, is composed of a private bathroom and a large bright and functional space offering a beautiful view on typical monuments of the Liège region.
The common areas (kitchen, living room, work space, laundry, cellar) are maintained every week by a cleaning service. These allow multiple meetings, and the common kitchen is a source of sharing in convivial moments.
Located in one of the most famous historical streets of Liege, the geographical situation of the residence is perfect. Close to all types of public transportation; most trips can be made on foot:
- 10 minutes: Place St Lambert (opera house), St Lambert station, Site Fonck (St Luc), Delhaize, Colruyt
- 15 minutes : place du 20 août, hypercenter of Liège, HELMO
- 20 minutes : HEPL (Barbou), ISLV
Located at 50m from the famous “marches de Bueren”, and close to the Citadel and its surrounding walks, it’s easy to find nature places nearby to disconnect from the city. Rue Hors-Château is littered with small cul-de-sacs to discover, and closes with Rue Pierreuse, one of the oldest streets in the city. This kot is perfect for students who want to discover the culture of Liège during a quadrimester!
